Music @ St. Andrew United Methodist Church 2011

Not many people know of the mystical abilities of Cosmic Energy. Neither are they aware of the magical abilities that it possesses in doing some absolutely powerful things in their lives.

But one night, while I was using the leg-press machine I was approached by a Personal Trainer named Julian, whose intention was to fix the way I used the machine initially. I have heard so much about him through a friend so I took the opportunity to ask him questions about my workout regime. He then signed me up for the free PT session that supposedly all new members get which I never got. (Hmm…) But the 2 sessions would only start after Raya. So after about 2 months of doing RPM everyday and eating only salad and Mocha Frappuccino for lunch/dinner, I began to wonder why I still wasn’t seeing any results.

Very many people are filled with fear when broached by a new idea such as this. However as time passes many of these once mysterious concepts are being discovered by scientist as a natural part of our existence.

Firstly, it is easy to handle and use. Even if you are a beginner, you can easily and quickly get to know how to use it for you can follow the video tutorials offered by the program. You can easily record your inspirational background music. The only thing you need is a computer, and the only thing you should do is to download the program and install it. Then it will become a piece of cake for you to make your own beats with the aids of this software.

To add background music to a frame, click the frame to select it. Go to the top of your program and click Edit > Add Sound to AVI. Click the music folder icon in the box that pops up. Locate the music file that you want to use. Click the file and click Open. The music file will have to be a wav file. If you only have mp3s on your computer, you will have to convert it to a wav. Click the OK button to apply the music.

Do something that you truly enjoyed doing when you were a child. As we grow up, we sometimes try to act like we are too mature for certain fun activities. If you loved swinging on a playground or playing board games in space jams, feel free to let your inner-child out and do those things.

My first rant is with so-called “journalists”. I don’t have a degree in that field, and I suspect that many of our esteemed newsreaders are posing as unqualified journalists.

So, as I always like to say: Easy Does it – But Do It! Seize the challenge, walk through it, and allow it to transform you into a stronger and healthier person. You can do it!
